Originally, the 400-year-old farm, which was built in the mining epoch, was run as an alpine hut during the 19th century.

In 1996, the brothers Gerhard and Michael Sendlhofer decided to take advantage of the location right next to the ski slope
and to rebuild the hut into a ski lodge with a restaurant. In the course of the last 14 years, the lodge was
constantly modernized and enlarged, while taking care to preserve the original style of the building.

In 2011, after a long time of planning, the dream of luxurious Alpine Suites with ski-in/ski-out
convenience became true.
After the 2010/2011 winter season, the final organisational steps were taken to start the construction works.
The 4 new Alpine Suites were completed even before the start of the new winter season.

We attached great importance to the selection of natural materials and raw materials for the equipment and furnishings,
and we focussed on sustainable building methods.
